If you find yourself anywhere near Midway Utah you must stop into Midway Bakery! We found them when staying at a rv resort in Heber City and the people next to us told us to go get baked goods! We literally come here in our rv to eat their baked goods ( cinnamon, berry, pecan rolls), cookies, bars, brownies, cupcakes… sandwiches, salads and soups, baguettes… you get it it’s a lot and a lot of amazing food! The daughters who now own the bakery are so kind as are all their employees, they make you feel like family. We love their food so much that our rv trip got cancelled so hubby and I flew out here from San Diego this weekend (July 18-21st 2025) for our anniversary weekend just to eat at Midway bakery! No joke… already can’t wait for next years rv trip! Thanks Midway… you always come through for our family of 5! 🙌😋❤️

I visited Midway from Southern California and this bakery is obviously a gem of their beautiful town. I can tell why it’s a hit. The atmosphere grabs you right away. You just feel at home and comfortable. It’s bright and inviting and they have neat art on the walls. The smell walking in will make your knees buckle. You arrive to an impressive display of pastries. Everything you want. Too much to name (or choose) but I got the apple-filled cinnamon roll, a gingerbread cookie, a fudge brownie, sourdough loaf, sourdough English muffins and the garlic baguettes. I brought it back to my family in California and everyone loves it. There’s not a bad choice in the whole place. Thanks, Midway Bakery, for your cheerful and helpful staff and owners. It’s a treat to visit this warm, family-run business. I highly suggest you stop by.
This is a wonderful bakery with fresh baked goods period the cinnamon rolls, the orange rolls, the baguettes, the cookies, everything was marvellous
I've been on a quest for the greatest cinnamon rolls most of my life. I've found it. I think. At Midway Bakery. And if you're looking closely at the frosting, you'll see little tiny black speckles. That's vanilla bean. There' couldn't be a better cinnamon roll available anywhere.
This bakery was recommended to us so had to try it out. The brownies, cinnamon rolls, biscuits etc are all so yummy. The breakfast and lunch foods are way delicious and worth the visit. Highly recommend and can't wait to return and try again.
I don't have anything different to say here than what hundreds of other folks have said. However, I felt like I had to say some because this place was so good!
Oh.my.stars! The cinnamon rolls at the Midway Bakery are all they are hyped up to be! Grabbed a couple while in Midway for Swiss Days. A bit pricey at $6 each but oh so divine! The berry cinnamon roll is superior to the plain and pumpkin, in my opinion. I can’t wait to go back!!
We made the drive from Lehi and it was worth the drive.
